What’s our status? Neon EVM RPC endpoints are available on Chainlist

Find the publicly-available Neon EVM RPC endpoints and check their status on Chainlist.

Neon EVM is an Ethereum Virtual Machine operating as a smart contract on Solana. It allows developers to directly deploy Ethereum dApps with minimal reconfiguration to the code, while benefiting from Solana’s technical advantages.

Ethereum-like transactions are submitted to Neon Proxy Operators and executed on Solana. These Proxy Operators are independent of Neon EVM: ensuring that no one agency controls the ability of Neon EVM to accept transactions.

At launch, two well-established Proxy Operators provide this service: P2P and Everstake. Going forward, because Neon EVM is built with security, decentralization, and sustainability as a core principle, the Neon DAO will review and accept applications from qualified 3rd parties interested in providing Proxy Operator services.

This is where a service such as Chainlist comes into play. Every Neon Proxy Operator submits their RPC endpoint to Chainlist so that Neon EVM users can select the service provider that suits their needs. Furthermore, the Chainlist page provides detailed information about the service status. Should there be any downtime at a particular endpoint, the Chainlist page instantly informs our end users.

About Chainlist

Chainlist.org provides a directory or registry of various blockchain networks, making it easier for developers, users, and enthusiasts to explore and connect with these networks.

Chainlist.org removes the friction of decentralized network discovery. With the proliferation of blockchain projects and networks, it can be challenging to keep track of the different networks available and their associated resources. Chainlist.org solves this problem by offering a centralized platform where users can find information about various blockchain networks in one place.

Overall, Chainlist simplifies the process of discovering and accessing blockchain networks. It provides a consolidated platform where users can find information, metadata, and resources for various blockchain networks. Whether you are a developer looking to build applications or a user interested in exploring different networks, Chainlist.org serves as a valuable resource to navigate the world of blockchain technology.
